Cancellation Policy

Client understands that cancellations are not entitled to a refund of any amount. If rescheduling, the new date needs to be provided immediately at the time you let us know your appointment date needs to change and must be done one month in advance prior to your original booked date for the amount paid to apply towards the new date. Otherwise, it will count as a cancellation with no refund of any amount. Once we commit to you, we decline and other opportunity that may conflict with your event. Only one rescheduled session is permitted per appointment. Client understands that once a reservation is made, party size/number of services may not decrease within one month of your booked session. All paid retainers paid are nonrefundable. If someone in your group drops out, no retainer payment will be refund for any amount, even if dropping one month in advance or earlier. Your group size may always increase in size as needed, but this is based on availability. Please plan ahead to secure a session for everyone in your party. Client may substitute one person with another for services but may not decrease the agreed party size or amount due. Client understands that all event remaining payments are due one month in advance. If your event falls within that time frame at booking, the full amount will be due to reserve your date.
