These services are provided in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. We can travel to your location (travel fee applies) for the ultimate luxurious experience. Bridal trials usually take 2 to 3 hrs depending on hair style and makeup look requested as well as the length and density of your hair. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the demand in Florida bridal requests, preview sessions MUST be reserved AFTER booking your wedding date. Previews are not mandatory but are recommended to spend time designing your look before wedding day. Why do we do it this way? Nothing is worse than booking a trial, loving it but then a bride who is ready books your date before you. In order to accommodate and protect our clients from this devastation, we ONLY book a preview session after wedding date has been booked. If you really want to see if our personalities are as awesome as the reviews say first, it's risky, but then we'd recommend booking your preview session as soon as possible (within the next 2-3 weeks) from when we confirmed availability for your wedding day. The reservation for your wedding day will then take place at the end of your preview session. You can always book for yourself and anyone else in your party guaranteed to want services first and add everyone else later. Otherwise, if a bride books your date BEFORE you, since we would not have your wedding date reserved on our calendar until you provide a deposit for it, we are not responsible for losing availability for your wedding date. We only want our clients to experience the luxury and joy of bridal beauty services. A big part of this is planning properly. We need a picture of your hair and your desired hair style to be able to give you a customized quote. Please be prepared to provide these photos. We are unable to provide timelines or make professional suggestions without first assessing what you're looking to get done and what you are working with. All booking requests drop in 24hrs if no deposit for the selected date is received. Please only send a booking request when you are ready to book and send a deposit. Reserving a session with us means that you have read and accept/agree with this policy. All deposits are non refundable. As you know, we block out your booking time, which prevents us from working with any other clients and commits us to you. We allow one reschedule per reservation to use the original deposit amount towards the booking total, which the date needs to be disclosed when informing us about the changes. If you need to reschedule a second time, an additional deposit will be required. Rescheduling is always based on availability and is only accepted no later than 30 days prior to our scheduled session. If you do not have a date to reschedule, the booking will be canceled, and deposit amount will not be refunded. Decreasing party size may result in extra fees or cancellation of booking with no refund of deposit. We reject any projects that conflict with your event and require a minimum party size for locations outside of our main area. A $40 fee applies per individual party cancellation. Any parking specific details or fees, room numbers, gate codes or any special accommodations need to be disclosed ahead of time to avoid surprise fees and misuse of time. If any, parking fees need to be included in the quote. We accept one full payment to make it an easier and seamless experience for everyone.
